SLS (Selective Laser Sintering), which the material is the polymer powder with particle size of 50-120μm. The infrared laser head will melt the scanned powder and bond the powder together. After printing one layer, the material cylinder body moves down one layer, the feeding cylinder body moves up one layer, and the scraper is fed in the feeding cylinder block on both sides, and so on until the printing is completed.

Because the material cylinder must be filled with materials in each printing process, not all of the material is consumed. This produces a large amount of recycled powder, which increases the cost of SLS.
