“Welcome to use” Internet manufacturing service “of PolyEra3D to become a member of PolyEra3D. Before you use all of our services, please read the following terms of service. If you submit an order through PolyEra3D printing online order system, you need to understand and agree that:
1. When your order is uploaded to PolyEra3D and confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled
2. If your order design contains content that violates national laws and regulations, we have the right to stop the order
3. The after-sales service of the order received by PolyEra3D online order system is subject to the content of PolyEra3D’s quality commitment. Please keep your shopping voucher
4. If the production error is caused by your subjective reasons, and the refund occurs, PolyEra3D will try to negotiate with you for settlement, but the expenses incurred shall be borne by you; if the loss is caused by the error of personal data filled in by you in PolyEra3D, you shall bear all the losses; if the delivery of PolyEra3D fails to deliver goods in time according to your reasonable requirements, you have the right to reject it. Please inform us in time
In order to better serve you and make our service fast and effective, you need to cooperate with:

Modification and improvement of service terms

When you submit product design documents for storage, sharing and / or production, you shall indicate to us and guarantee that you have the ownership, qualification and rights of copyright of all design contents, or the unrestricted right to copy and use these designs. In addition, when you submit your design documents to us, you grant us a limited, royalty free and non exclusive license to use, modify, transmit, copy and display the designs for storage and sharing only, and for processing and executing your order through PolyEra3D. We declare that we have no ownership of any design in your order.
You guarantee: all and any losses, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by us as a result of your breach of the foregoing representations and guarantees, or the allegation by any third party that the design constitutes infringement or infringement of its copyright or other intellectual property rights shall be borne by you. The above warranty obligations you undertake shall remain valid after the termination of the terms of service.
Copyright and trademark
PolyEra3D platform is owned and managed by PolyEra3D FZE. You understand and agree that all content used contains proprietary and confidential information protected by intellectual property law. All information provided to you through PolyEra3D online order system, including but not limited to words, software, sound, pictures, videos, charts, trademarks and other business information materials, are protected by the copyright law, trademark law, patent law and other property ownership laws of the people’s Republic of China. Anyone can use this information only with written authorization. Without our prior written authorization, you are not allowed to use, copy, distribute these information, software, trademarks or materials, modify, create derivative works, or decompile or disassemble them.
Relevant regulations
The design content you submit for storage and sharing production must comply with the laws of the people’s Republic of China. PolyEra3D reserves the right to remove and remove any prohibited content or any content of poor quality from this website. In any case, PolyEra3D shall not be liable for rejection, removal or removal. If you violate any of the provisions of this article, we have the right to terminate your membership in PolyEra3D.
Service guarantee

Member responsibility

You agree to protect the interests of the website, and promise to compensate for any and all losses and damages, costs and expenses as well as attorney’s fees caused by your breach of this clause, including legal liability and economic loss caused by the third party’s use of your account and password.

Other clauses
This service is applicable to the laws and regulations of the people’s Republic of China. You and we agree that all disputes arising from or in connection with the use of this service shall be submitted to the courts of the people’s Republic of China for settlement. If any of the terms of the service are invalid or unenforceable, they will be replaced by valid and enforceable terms as far as possible to match their original intention, while the other terms will remain in force. You also agree that our waiver of any rights in this clause does not constitute a waiver of any other rights.
You are at least 18 years old and have read and understood this Agreement carefully. After you accept the terms of service, a binding contract is formed between you and us.
