DMLS 3D Printing Service
The material of DMLS can be almost any metal alloy powder. The outer surface of the metal powder microsphere melt under the high enery laser and adhered to each other. Actually the powder microsphere itself is not completely melted. The internal structure of the powder microspheres is still the original structure. The printing cylinder descends one layer, and the feeding cylinder rises one layer. The metal powder of the feeding cylinder is evenly laid on the printing silo through the scraper layer by layer until the printing is completed.
After 3d printing, wait for the temperature of the cylinder block to drop and take out the parts.The surplus metal powder can be reused.
